Our programs cover self-defense and sparring lessons, forms training for muscle toning, endurance and physical conditioning, full body strength building, fitness and flexibility.

HOW TO JOIN OUR FAMILY! Before you commit to one of our programs, we want you to experience what BBFLS has to offer to your family. We start with our INTRO COURSE at the cost of $24.95. Our course includes access for one week of martial arts training and aFREE uniform. Our instructor will then recommend a program best suitable for the student's ability.

LITTLE DRAGONS At the young ages of four thru six years old, our little dragons are full of energy and have a blast learning. We keep them active with strengthening, coordination, and flexibility drills that are fun and exciting and keep our dragons wanting more. Teaching our dragons about discipline, attention, and respect at an early age, will help build better character.
PHASE ONE Phase one students are our beginner ranks. Students in this phase have been training from brand new to around almost a year. The journey to black belt begins in this phase. Applying strong basics and setting a good foundation for the martial arts is the goal for our beginner belts.
PHASE TWO AND THREE These phases are made up of our intermediate and advance ranks. Training experience ranges from two thru three years. Progressing to these phases means you on your way to becoming a black belt. It is at this point where dedication must be applied to your martial arts way of life.
